WHEN THE STREETS ARE CLOSED, THE RAPSCALLIONS COME OUT TO PLAY

Supercrawl is back Friday through Saturday, September 8-10, and here at Rapscallion & Co., we're pulling out all the stops for Hamilton's premier street festival. Look forward to:

OYSTERS, freshly shucked from the window of our fine establishment at 178 James St. N. throughout the day.

BIG BOARD, (THE), one big ol' plank o' wood (inedible) lined with porchetta, chorizo-stuffed chicken wings, smoked ham hock & corn croquettes, wedge Caesar salad, bacon wrapped bacon, 4oz seared flat iron and all the sides (edible and, quite frankly, delicious), available for dinner starting at 4 pm. Feeds 2-4.

DJ CLOSE, jockeying discs live from behind the bar from 10 pm - 2 am Friday & Saturday.

(L/BR)UNCH, you know, the usual, lunch starting at 11:30 am Friday and Beatles Brunch 10:00 am Saturday.

APPY HOUR, cocktails and appetizers best enjoyed al fresco, 2:30 pm-4:00 pm.

To commence, a course of house-made focaccia with a trinity of butter: bone marrow butter, chicken skin butter & confit garlic herb butter. Repast on tomato braised pork shank, baby back ribs, confit turkey drumstick, dusted chicken wings, buttered corn & crispy bravas. And to finish, apple cinnamon hushpuppies with caramel & warm maple anglaise.
